1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BCT Corp SAS ("BCT Corp", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

6. Service Level Agreements

BCT Corp commits to maintaining a 99.9% uptime SLA for hosted services. Specific service level agreements may be detailed in individual service contracts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCT Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCT Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate any service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the individual contract. BCT Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Guinea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Conakry, Republic of Guinea.

12. Changes to Terms

BCT Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
